About the Series

“Current Studies in Business and Management” is a double-blind peer-reviewed academic book series that aims to advance interdisciplinary scholarship in business, management, accounting, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, human resource management, strategic management, sustainability, digital transformation, and related fields. The series welcomes theoretical, empirical, and applied studies in business and management, as well as research addressing business and management perspectives across various sectors.

In this context, the series supports business- and management-focused studies conducted in different sectors, including tourism, healthcare, finance, education, public administration, services, manufacturing, retail, technology, and others. It aims to provide a scientific platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners examining the changing dynamics of businesses, institutions, and sectors in contemporary local and global contexts.

The series is open to studies addressing both traditional and contemporary debates, such as digital transformation, the impact of artificial intelligence on business and management processes, ethical leadership, corporate sustainability, entrepreneurial ecosystems, international business, accounting and auditing practices, consumer behavior, human resource practices, organizational behavior, sectoral management issues, and strategic decision-making processes. In this respect, it seeks to support current academic studies on different sectors and contexts by examining transformations, emerging practices, and theoretical approaches in business and management from an interdisciplinary perspective, while contributing to international scholarly knowledge.

About the Editors

Tuğçe Uzun Kocamış is an Associate Professor at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Vocational School of Social Sciences, Accounting and Tax Applications Program. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Marmara University. She has professional experience as an internal auditor and senior manager in the private sector. Her research focuses on accounting, international accounting, auditing, taxation, and sustainability.

Ali Kuzu is an Associate Professor at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Vocational School of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration. He completed his PhD in Production Management and Marketing. Between 1997 and 2006, he worked as a business-development specialist and deputy manager in various private-sector enterprises. His areas of research are management & organization, organizational behaviors, and services quality management.

Serap Özdemir Güzel is an Associate Professor at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Tourism and Hotel Management Program, specializing in Tourism Management & Marketing and Sustainable Tourism. She has been involved in multiple national projects (Tübitak) and has served as a researcher and expert in Erasmus+ KA227 and KA220 projects.
